Thanks to Star Reach calls with my coach Matt Struve, and the material that Eric Pepin presented in Mexico (at the Higher Balance Mayan Storm Retreat) detailing the science behind the Force and the Darkside; and the interrelation of the two in the many layers of frequency that exist in this dimension – I have become very interested in and excited by the idea that spiritual understanding of the Universe can be deepened by scientific understanding of the Universe.

In the module energy beings, Eric mentions briefly that photons (essentially particles of light) effect energy beings, shadow people, and other similar types of entities.  I have been reflecting on this a bit lately, and here are some of my thoughts so far.

In the famous double slit experiment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double-slit_experiment), the act of observing the experiment changes the outcome … this is hypothesized to be because the double slit experiment is performed by firing electrons (it can also be performed with photons), so the weight of the photons that are being broadcast at the experiment (ie – light is made up of photons, and for the experiment to be observable, there must be some light) are ‘bumping’ the electrons off course.

This made me think of the way that energy beings (or ghosts, etc) tend to stay in quiet dark places. Now, if the energy beings have a ‘body’ in this dimension, it would be made of a very finite substance .. perhaps a more finite form of matter than even electrons (or they may be made up of a large group of magnetized electrons as sometimes they seem to show signs similar to electrical interference). So if their body is made up of such a finite substance (potentially smaller than electrons) then what effect would the photons in the suns light have on them? I think that it may creates a kind of resistance .. kind of like if you are standing next to a speaker that you can’t hear, but you can tell that it is very loud because you can feel the sound waves bouncing off your skin. It’s not necessarily harmful – just not particularly comfortable.

Another thing that has struck me as interesting about matter in this dimension is dark matter / energy. From what I understand based on research I have done, dark energy / matter is unable to absorb photons, which is why we can’t see it in telescopes or anything – because the process by which we are able to see things requires that the object absorbs a certain amount of light / photons which causes a reaction inside the cell that ‘reflects’ the light back, which allows us to ‘see’ it. So if dark matter / energy is unable to absorb photons, I hypothesize that the photons cause a kind of weight – or resistance – against the dark matter / energy, which is why dark entities are often found in abandon houses / areas that are devoid of light.

It is also interesting that shadow people tend to stick to the shadows, and can seemingly only enter and exit this dimension through dark spaces – perhaps the photons from the light create a kind of weight / resistance that stops them from manipulating this dimension – or at least makes it very difficult?
